Dreams of food

I dream of eating food without getting sick. I want to find out what I'm allergic to.
I want to know what food to stay away from.
When I was younger I took an allergy test, it came out negative. But I know that if I eat sertan food my stomack gets upset.
My relationship with food is strained.
