last night i started in my job as a bartender at a hotel about one hours drive south of the city, all good. had no trouble getting to know the bar and the type of people using it.
but, when we finished i had no way of getting home again. i don't drive and the busses stoped running hours ago. how would i get home? my boss said someone there would drive to town but noone was going that way. so i had to spend the night at the hotel- in the manor house (where it supposedly spooks). a strange nigh and an early morning start. i woke before the sunrise (and the alarm). i hope that next time i'll be able to get to town. i would not like to sleep there again.
